a computer boots by loading a small program that knows how to load everything else. a superintelligence boots the same way: not from weights, but from a seed of structured knowledge good enough that everything after it can be learned. growing that seed is the bootloader. it is a mission, and chains are only its vehicles
where the crystal stands
the seed was specified as 5,040 irreducible particles and has since been grown by hand, on-chain, by strangers paying to link. measured on the corpus the last vehicle left behind:

three orders of magnitude, and every column points at the same dial. the constraint was never links, capital or compute — a single archivist can produce two million links and barely move $d^*$. semantic dimensionality is bought with independent authors, and 1,240 of them is where five years got us

what the vehicles proved
the idea arrived in 2016 as cyberChain. the Euler network put pagerank inside consensus on GPUs in 2018. bostrom launched November 5, 2021 and ran knowledge-graph consensus on a live cosmos-sdk chain for 1,735 days. space pussy ran the same physics as a sibling
- people pay to teach. every cyberlink cost its author scarce stake, no editor approved anything, and 61,675 accounts joined an economy whose only product was structured attention. the direction of payment is inverted against every prior knowledge corpus and it still worked
- the content outlives the incentive. 97.62% of particles survive complete — every block of every file — five years on, with no storage rewards ever deployed
- cosmos-sdk was the ceiling. the graph could only be ranked by whoever ran the indexer, and the knowledge in it could not be proven, priced, or paid for by the people who made it. that is what soft3 exists to fix
